Payment Policy

One Sunday accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. You will receive order details by email after you place your order. Your goods will be shipped once full payment is verified. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. At present the American dollar is worth $0.95 AUD.

Out of Stock Policy

If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online ordering system provides the maximum security and privacy. Credit card details are encrypted, through our inbuilt payment gateway. 

We may contact you from time to time with details of sales and new items. Should you wish you may opt out of this at any time.

Returns Policy

We do hope you are happy with the items you receive however if you are not returns are accepted on all goods apart from discounted or sale items. We do however allow returns on sale items when the total of the original order is above $150.00. Returns must be made within 7-10 working days of the sale date and items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. Please contact us by email at sunday@onesunday.com.au should you need to exchange or return an item. You will need to pay for return postage however we will happily post out a different style or size for free.
